The Bible states that every
The Bible states that every human being (except Jesus) was, is, and will always be a sinner. This means you, me, saints, pastors, the Pope, and anybody else for that matter. You can read that in Romans 3:23 where it says "all" have sinned. Remember, Jesus was sent here to die for all of our sins, even those called saints.
For your second question, God can have a purpose for anyone. It does not matter about their past. If you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior (and truly believe it), then you are forgiven of your past, present, and future sins. God loves us, so remember that no matter the past, God will have a purpose for you or allow you to find your own purpose.
