The Holy Spirit (God) worked within the virgin Mary's body to give birth to Jesus (Matthew 1:18 and Galatians 4:4). God did not impregnate her in the same way that a human man would impregnate a woman. Don't forget that the first human, Adam, was made out of ash. God is not limited like we are.

I am also interested about this. Why "begotten. Not made" [as written in the Apostles Creed? ]
