When im in the car my parents play very
distubying songs ( R rated ) and force me to see ( R rated ) movies and i hate them then grosse thoughts are in my head i cant get rid of and when i tell them stoop the music they turn it louder what do i do?

Are they actually forcing you to watch something you don't want to watch? Can you walk away and let them watch it or are they demanding that you sit there?

When it comes to movies, take a stand and walk away. If they force you to watch it, pray with all of your heart that God messes up the movie. Ask Him to interceede help you so that you won't have to watch it.
When it comes to music in the car, sometimes my husband does that to me as well. It's like they get a kick or a thrill in watching us squirm because they know it bothers us, but it's the enemy causing them to do it.
When they play their worldly music, again pray that God interceeds. Pray in your head for God to guard your thoughts, or get an IPOD or an MP3 player with christian music and listen to that while in the car.
Pray that God reveals Himself to them and pray that they too be saved. Ask God to change them and ask Him for strength and guidance. Be strong and hang in there. It will get better. Have faith, you'll see. God is faithful.
