how can we tell if our Church in China is a cult

Our Korean Pastor proclaims that he is the ultimate power in our church. Only God is above him and only he speaks the truth. those who disobey him will be punished by God and those who he cut off from the church are cut off from God. He called it the Moses Theory and we are so control by him. Can and should we leave our church. Is our church classified as cultic.

I am unsure if this can be considered a cult, but your pastor sounds like a dictator. Here are my answers:
1. First, I would like to say that "yes" you should leave that church as soon as possible.
2. No human is the ultimate power of anything.
3. No human always speaks the truth because we all sin as stated in Romans 3:23
4. Those who disobey GOD (not the pastor) and commit sin will be disciplined.
5. If you believe in Jesus Christ as your savior than you are connected to God the Father by Jesus' sacrifice. No human (or anything for that matter) can then separate you from God.
6. You can leave that church at any time, and you should as soon as possible!
