Pray to the Lord God Creator of all, and let him know the reason why you fast. Then don't tell anyone that you fast, don't look sad, keep a happy face, before you finish let the Lord God know. If asked why you don't eat, don't lie, just don't tell them you are fasting, keep it a secret, for the Lord knows all secrets. Even your good works, for the Lord knows, and will reward you, but only if you keep it a secret.
if someone asks you why your not eating its no harm in telling that your fasting just tell him the truth .God just wants you not to outwardly show evryone that your fasting like the hypocrytes but yeah if someone is not asking then there is no need to tell your doing this for god not for any1 else.
