Should a Christian keep the Sabbath? I mean, we are not supposed to commit adultery or murder or give false witness, etc. because we know these to be the law of God which is written on our hearts... but what about the Sabbath?

As Christians the sabbath is a rest day but as Jesus said in Mark the sabbath is for man not man for the sabbath.
