i went to church for a few weeks i loved it then i got rapped up to much in my work and i havent been for ages and everytime i think of going to church its like something is stopping me and my mind is is thinking it isnt welcome can you please help meee

Jamie, those feelings and ideas that you feel and think are not your own. It is being put there by the enemy. He does not want you to make an effort and go to church in order to seek God.
You need to make an effort. Forget about those thoughts in your head. It doesn't matter if people don't make you feel welcomed, it's not about them, it's about God.
If you don't make an effort, how will you know if you are really not welcomed there? Go ahead and go to church. Don't go with a negative attitude. Go believing that you will be blessed with the sermon that will be preached.
Trust God and not your own understanding.
