iam new to christianity, previously buddhist.my church vicar has told me to remove all buddhist literature and buddhist idols from home, ie smash buddhist statues. i recieved empowerments as budhist.when praying for me the word blasphemy came through.

actally i have found wisdom in buddist teachings about life and nature. however you may or may not know this but idols are against te ten commandments. Should you have to get rid of everything buddist? no. should the idols disappear? probobly, yes. if i were you i would be a little wary of giving it all up at once maybe gat rid of one thing a day or something to spread it out ya know?
