If by moral you mean...let's say you do a job and the boss tells you that you need to lie, steal, or cheat in order to get the job done, and you know it's against the laws of God; you refuse and end up fired, then yes. God will provide for you because you stood up for what you believe in which is Him and you got fired because of your belief.

In what way will this sitiation bring God glory? Is the situation going against God's laws or your moral judgements? Is it going to cause you to sin if you go along with whatever it is?

These are the questions you need to ask yourself, then pray about it. Ask God to give you wisdome in this decision. He will guide you.
