If a person is saved but still is immature to the "rules" of christianity...or say the person is "dumb " to the fact of right rom wrong on some things just because of lack of not being taught any better...are they considered really saved or not??

I have a friend that says he really was saved at the age of 15 at a church camp...that he felt the lord and went to front to accept him...but now he's in early 20's..drinking,sing profanity, having sex, cursing, help???

we cannot judge his salvation. but there are scriptures like Hebrews 10:26 that would scare me if I was him.
