I'm sixteen and me a my boyfriend are both strong Christians. We both have made a commitment to each other not to have sex until marriage but we still have strong feelings and urges for each other. Recently I gave him permission to touch me, and I liked it because I feel closer to him. Is this alright with God?

In my opinion...no, I don't think so. Besides, you're only 16 yrs old.
he needs to keep his hands off of you till you say 'i do'. hold yourself to the highest standerds. And what you were feeling was not closeness but sexual pleasure wich is what it could lead to because it can be hard to stop.
