Halloween definitely is not a Christian holiday, but does that mean we cannot go around in costumes asking for candy and have other innocent fun? I don't see a problem with that. The bible also doesn't speak of it directly.
The real problem is some of the darker aspects of Halloween: trying to summon evil spirits, worshiping Halloween as evil's or the devil's day, or anything satanical/evil. So you could get many different answers regarding this topic, but as long as you do "godly" Christian things while keeping the main focus on God, and not satanical/evil things, than it is ok.
