i think what you are referring to is luke 10:22. the mormmons are able to say this because they have "doctored up" their story to distort what the bible says. so many people have been mislead by this following and i pray that they will one day see the truth of god. look at 2 peter 2:1
Thank you for your reply i do know some mormmons and they are very nice people but as i have said to them i cannot get to grips with the fact that they believe Joseph Smith saw two personages as i have repeatedly told them and also that they believe that Jesus Christ is a God but also a man from another planet and that we can also become a God.
"I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book" - Rev 22:18,19
All that is to know about God in 3 persons has already been revealed in the Bible. Anything other than what's written is devilish.
