over many of my school years i have been bullied and picked on but during those events i kept my emotions inside but know it has turned to hate, anger, rage HELP

sorry you had to go through that . I was also teased badly till the day i droped out cause i could not take it any more. Please don't let it control your life. If you do the people who hurt you have won and you will still be thinking about them long after they have forgot you. Do the things that make you happy. Don't look for answers in the music because musicians are just people they don't have any more answeres than any one else. God can give you peace so you can move on. Love yourself. yeah my best friend stole off me and in general, completely betrayed me. i absolutely hated her for a few months. it took over me, I became hollow. it hurt my real friend to see me that way. so i stopped hating her - it came really difficult. i had to forgive her. not just in my head, i had to speak to her and tell her that i forgave her, and i was sorry that she felt the need to do what she did.
it might be dangerous to you to forgive your bullies, but i suppose, Stephen forgave those who killed him.

One of the best things you can do is to give up on metalica and other similar bands. They will not help; they will only drag you down deeper.
Immediately start listening to a good Christian music radio station such as KLOVE (available over the internet as well as local broadcast stations). The music will lift up your spirit and the radio station has a call-in number with pastors ready to help with your issues.
I've personally experienced the peace of God during very dark days thanks to Christian music. There are many other good Christian radio stations you could access besides KLOVE, but KLOVE is broadly available everywhere.
