If you mean cutting yourself than I would say that is not good. No you will not go to hell.But you are supposed to take care of your body.
There are many things that go along with this question. Why would someone want to cut themselves, is it to "fit in" with the crowd? The Bible tells us to set ourselves apart from this world. Don't do things to hurt yourself just to be popular. You could end up with a nasty infection! Plus scarring that will last your lifetime. You could end up cutting nerves that will leave you with a horrible "dead" sensation. (I have that from surgery - YUCK). The person could also accidently hit an artery and bleed to death. Is the cutting a result of underlying emotional issues? This person may be considering suicide and is crying out for help - GET THEM HELP IMMEDIATELY - my sister cut her wrists, she died at age 30 leaving 3 young children.
Will you go to hell for doing this? Well, what does the Bible say - that are bodies are to be presented to God as holy temples where the Holy Spirit will dwell. We are human and because we are, we are subject to inherited sin (Adam and Eve) we are all sinners and must repent. What do you feel about cutting. Many times the Holy Spirit is prompting us to do the right thing, we just need to listen.
