being dead means that your dont have any worries...now this life means your gonna have worries, but having the Holy Spirit that will help you in taking away from your worries, a relationship with Jesus Christ will help you out in everything,just faith/trust in God is sufficiant.

I think that what causes us not to worry is courage, assurance, goodness, truth, trust in GOD, love, faith and caution.
