why some churches allow some guest speakers who are obviously angry preachers.

A few times a guest speaker preached at at a church i attended.It started allright.At the time I sufferd a trial and expressed it with my face.He preached an encouraging word and I started feeling better,but when he saw my face he said."I dont care if you have a puss face cause its the truth." Another time he was waiting for an acknowledgement from the church, and then said "In from 1 ear out to the other".And when the pastor was out, he preached angrily,he said "Is the pastor hear?!!! Is the pastor here?!! He's not so I can say what ever I want". This is a good church I went to.Why they keep inviting him? This isn"t boldness or righteuose indignation to me.

Sometimes when someone gives a sermon, the enemy has a way of accusing us and making us think that the message is directed at us, when in reality it's just an overall message. It's like that phrase, "Let the chips fall where they may."
However, there are some preachers who do not have the calling or annointing of God to preach. To preach is to teach God's word in love. It's meant to encourage and teach us the path we need to go. It's not meant to make us feel bad about ourselves and make us feel inferior by talking down to the church.
If the person who has been preaching is the same person, I feel you should make your concerns known to your Pastor. Maybe the Pastor is not aware of the preaching methods of this person.
It's better for this situation to be dealt with than risk having you leave the church and possibly backslide because of the put down lectures the congregation is receiving from him.
Inform your Pastor regarding your concerns. Maybe your Pastor can possibly shed some light on it. Maybe your Pastor is aware of his teaching/preaching methods. Maybe this person has this type of tactic. Only by speaking to your Pastor, will you know if the message is becoming personal or is the net being thrown to everyone.
