please stacy dont give up on life. i promise there are people who love you and care for you so much. some people you dont even know are prayin for you right now. cry out to jesus just let him have it all. just give it to him and he will hear you if you truely belive in him. he loves you more than any one can or can even discribe. i dont know what has pushed you over the edge but i was there once. i know what it feels like to want to give up and just end it trust me. i was abused as a child by an acholic step father but i cryed out to jesus and he held me through it all and now i fully rely on him he is my rock. god will not give you more than you can bare but dont expect to get through it all alone. god is there just reach out to him. we as christians have to face trials every day its how we grow in faith towards him. dont give up. there is a nation christians that love you you are a sister in christ jesus. we love you. dont give up. he has a plan for you. he did it for me he will do it for you. please dont give up. please just let him know how you feel. ask him what to do. if you seek him with all your heart he will reveal him self to you. in love i hope you understand that we as christians love you no matter if you are a christian or not. please dont give up.
I agree with daddyfox, please don't give up, Stacy. Remember that help is always available from God (by telling Him your problems), and there is also a suicide hotline number you can call: 1-800-784-2433.
Suicide may seem like a benefit for you, but that is not the case. In fact, it would be selfish towards your loved ones because it would hurt them for the rest of their lives. So please reconsider. There are some articles on this site that talk about suicide and depression.
As for your question, those that believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior are forgiven of ALL sins, even suicide, so you would not go to hell. However, we can assume that God would not be happy with what you did, so even though He'd forgive you and grant access to heaven, He could still punish or discipline you first (that goes for any sin we committed in our life time).
God loves you just as much as he did the day before and he will love you just as much no matter what you do today. Not even suicide can breach the gap of his love, if you believe in Jesus. BUT you MUST consider the represcussions that this will have on relations, friends, people who you have known. Is this what Jesus would want? Suicide puts the living through enough pain already; there is no need for further pain in hell. Suicide is an utterly selfish act.
I am not sure how you can say that Nothing will breach the gap of his love to imply that the act of suicide will not deliver your destiny to hell, but then to say that there is no need for further pain in hell. Was that meant to be contradictory? Not to be tacky.
U did not give yourself life but GOD DID so you have no right to take your life away but GOD.your life is not in youi hands but GOD'S.So its not right to kill yourself and yes its a sin and you would go to hell.its the devil who makes wish we would kill ourselves and escape our problems in life but believe me he is a liar and just wants us to go to hell just like him.do not give in to him.I myself do sometimes think about doing the same but i snap out of it because i would be sinning and buying my ticket to hell
