Community Guidelines

GetChristianAnswers.com is an online community in which Christians and non-Christians can ask any question as long as it is on the subject of Christianity and follows our other guidelines (below). Only Christians are able to answer each other's questions. We do not allow non-Christians to answer questions anymore (although they can still ask questions).
In order for us to remain a friendly, Christian community, there are some rules that everyone has to follow:
- Be respectful.
- Be a good citizen.
- Ask your question in the appropriate category.
- Ask questions clearly.
- Answer questions clearly and with quality.
- Only questions and answers pertaining to the Christian religion (and the many different denominations such as Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox, etc) are allowed. Questions and answers that primarily pertain to any other religion or belief (e.g. Atheism, Judaism, etc) are NOT allowed UNLESS it is being compared to the Christian religion.
- This is NOT a chat room, so please keep discussion to the question and answer format. Users can post more than one answer/comment to discuss or debate their answers if needed. However, anything unrelated to the original question or answer will be deleted.
- Do NOT post sexually explicit and vulgar language and images. Also not welcome are belligerence, insults, slurs and generally objectionable speech. If you wouldn't say it in public, don't post it on here.
- Do NOT violate the law of your country, state, province, or city.
- Please note that all questions will be kept open (indefinitely) as information and opinions can and do change.
- We will delete posts that we do not believe to be "quality" posts. And we may do so without notifying you.
- We will delete advertisements unless they are relevant to the question being asked.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a temporary or permanent ban with or without notification. However, our goal is to provide a friendly, Christian community. So we will try and work with you as much as possible before resorting to any type of punishment.
We reserve the right to revise these guidelines at any time and without notice.
