Christian or Non-Christian - What to choose when you create an account

Disclaimer: We do not discriminate based off of what you choose. We only need to know so that users will know what kind of answers to expect when you are answering their questions.

Christian: You are a Christian if one or more of these apply to you:

1. You believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior, and that He died on the cross for all of our sins.
2. You belong to a Christian denomination. For example, if you are Catholic, Protestant, Baptist, Orthodox, Methodist, Anglican/Episcopalian, Lutheran, Presbyterian, Assembly of God, etc.
3. You believe that we are saved by Jesus Christ's sacrifice (God's grace) for our sins.

Non-Christian: You are NOT a Christian if one or more of these apply to you:

1. You do not believe there is a God
2. You believe that Jesus Christ was only a man and nothing more.
3. You believe that you are "saved" (gain salvation) by other means, which do not include Jesus Christ's sacrifice.

How to Quote a Bible Verse (the easy way):

Just type in the name of the "book" and the chapter and verse number (John 3:16). Users can then hover their mouse over the Bible verse link and some (or all) of the verse will be shown. User Badges

When you first create an account you have to select whether you are a Christian or not. Based off of that choice, you are automatically assigned a user "badge" that enables other users to right away know whether or not you are a Christian.
